Exceptional trainers are needed to deliver training to spas and uphold the values of a brand. Many brands seem to struggle to have consistent trainers available. Permanent employment doesn’t always work as there is not enough regular work to keep them employed. Finding the right flexible and available trainer is a tricky task needing some specialist support.

Expanding on a service we already offer for therapists, we do a similar thing for trainers. Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of talent as well as retention management to keep them motivated. We offer regular assessment and feedback in conjunction with brands and the spas, about their service and training. This provides valuable development and ensures that standards and consistency are maintained. This creates a team who are happy and thus at their best. We provide smooth communication management between the brand, us and the trainers to secure a booking swiftly.
