Skincare, massage mediums, scent and style are supported by our partners. We offer a showcase for healthy snacks and drinks, for botanical cocktails, hair care, candles and incense to flowers and blankets.

All our lovely spa and wellbeing guests experience the products through expert hands. The team will be educated and will be fans, extolling the virtues to their guests and promoting online retail sales - we know word of mouth is the best sales tool!

Social and blog posts agreed for each spa and competitions and engagement activity in the lead up to the event and afterwards all support an interesting marketing calendar.

Partnership fees include:

  • Exposure to engaged and appropriate guest type via branded treatments, retail and POS.

  • Event sizes vary from 3,000 to 40,000 people.

  • Competition and engagement activity coordination and data share with the event (where applicable).

  • Social and web presence on our channels.

  • Exclusive access to wellbeing users and our engaged audience.

  • Team training as brand ambassadors.

We’re always flexible to the needs of the festival, the event, the guests and the partnership, but an idea of how we have operated in the past:

  • Principle Partner - Full product supply, brand exclusivity: from £3,000 fee.

  • Support Partner - Sponsored branded treatment (up to 2 per menu) with product supply and / or accessories: £300 to £2,000 fee.

  • Vibe Partner - Decor and atmosphere support, guest giveaways or wellbeing product placement: £150 to £500 fee.
